Dark chocolate muffins

Sugar, rice flour, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), vegetable fats (refined coconut oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, stabilizer: E451i, free flowing agent: E551), low fat cocoa powder, potato starch, thickener: E464, milk protein, E471, stabiliser base: (emulsifiers: E470a, E471, E472b, E477, glucose syrup, milk protein, stabilizers: E450i, E450iii), yeast agents (disodium phosphate E450i, sodium carbonate E500ii, maize starch), flavours, raising agents: glucono delta-lactone, salt.
Pour 500 g of product in the bowl and add 4 eggs, 100 ml of oil and 50 ml of milk. Stir in planetary for about 3/4 minutes at maximum speed. Pour the mixture into the proper molds (65/70 g each one). Finally bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20/25 minutes.
