Cocoa custard cream

Sugar, skimmed milk powder, refined coconut oil, modified starch, low fat cocoa powder, alginate: (calcium alginate E404, tetrasodium pyrophosphate E450, disodium phosphate E339), salt, flavours.

Dissolve 100 g of product in 250 ml of water, stir with electric whip or planetary at maximum power for about 3 minutes. Increase or decrease the quantity of water to obtain the desired consistency.
